  1. Brown ground beef, drain and add to crock-pot.
  2. Add in sauce, paste, tomatoes and beans.Stir well. Add in all spices. Stir well
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours, stirring once or twice.
  4. Serve hot with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and Fritos, for best results. Can be refrigerated and reheated in the crock-pot.
